Privacy
No third-party trackers. No third-party fonts. This promise covers builds. It does not cover Buy an idea listings that a seller deliberately publishes.
1. What we collect

2. Why we use it
- To run your build, deliver your files and email you when it is done.
- To take payment, keep an accurate credit balance and return credits when a build fails.
- To hand over a purchased domain and prove we did.
- To keep the service safe, including acceptable-use screening and fraud checks.
- To send the emails you need: sign-in links, receipts, build status, demo expiry and transfer updates.
We do not use your ideas to train any model, add them to the catalogue, or market to others.
3. Who can see your idea
Only you. Our systems process your idea name and description to build your prototype. One narrow exception applies: ideas are screened automatically for acceptable use before a build, and some are flagged. If an idea is flagged, a person on our team may read its name and description to decide what to do. Every review is logged. Our team never sees the private working notes of the pipeline either, because we do not display them anywhere.

4. Cookies and storage
- A session cookie keeps you signed in.
- Your browser stores your theme choice and, if you set it, your sound preference.
These are needed for the site to work as you expect. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Trackers and fonts
The production site loads no third-party trackers or scripts. Fonts are bundled and served from our own site, never from Google or any other third party. Emails contain no tracking pixels.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run StartIUP:
- a hosted card checkout provider (it handles your card details),
- a transactional email provider (it delivers our emails),
- cloud hosting (Cloudflare) and the domain registrar (Cloudflare Registrar), and
- AI model providers that process your idea text to produce your build. [Confirm each provider's data-handling terms before launch]
7. Keeping records
Money and proof records are append-only. We do not edit or delete them. Corrections are new entries. We keep these records so we can show what happened. We keep other account and build data while your account is open. [Retention periods to be set by counsel]
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, export it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to delete it. Money and proof records may need to be kept for legal reasons. Your output files are yours and you can download them at any time. To use a right, use the contact page and choose "Privacy".
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the last change. Because we promise no third-party trackers or fonts, we will not add them without changing this page first.
