- Buy an idea purchases are final once the transfer code is issued.
1. The promise
When a build fails, we return all 69 credits automatically and email you to say so. You do not need to ask. The credit history on your account shows a reserve entry followed by a release entry.
2. When a build counts as failed
A build fails when a stage does not finish, when the demo does not come up, or when our systems fail. The Idea Computer prints BUILD STOPPED with a short reason, and the build page shows the same reason.
A build that our acceptable use screening blocks also returns your credits.
3. What is not a failure
A build that finishes with small faults, such as a missing logo or a rough edge, is a normal prototype result. It comes with an honest note, a technical build spec and a next-step prompt to take it further. Credits for a finished build are spent.
4. How to retry
Press RETRY in the Idea Computer, or use Retry on the build page. A retry starts a fresh build with the same name and description and a fresh reservation of 69 credits. It never resumes the failed run.
5. Hosting upgrade
Premium hosting costs 10 credits for 365 days and removes the footer credit. If you have questions about an upgrade, contact us.
6. Buy an idea purchases
Purchases are final once the transfer code is issued. Before that, contact us with the domain. If we issue a wrong code, we log a correction as a new record and email you the new code. Nothing in the record is edited or deleted.
